华南师范大学附属外国语学校（以下简称华师外校）创新融合部I-EP中小学开设IB课程，是IB授权学校（PYP & MYP）。

IB是一个社会构建，以探究为基础的教学模式。这意味着，我们相信学生可以根据基础知识构建自己对世界的理解。我们会在学生适应这个世界的过程中调整对学生的教育方式。

我们的教育哲学是使学习者成为具有“中国心、世界观”的世界公民。

I-EP在每周一早上举行集会，除升国旗外，还会向全体师生公布每周之星，各社的得分；强调本周行为养成重点及教学重点。

本周的本周之星是一个在心胸开阔和坚持原则方面已经迈出了大步的人，虽然他仍然有许多要努力的地方。在今年年初，这个学生努力控制自己的情绪，发现很难管理自己的时间，并发现很难融入班级。在第六单元，他则表现出巨大的进步。他不仅能够在团队中更好地工作，并为总结性评估做出了贡献，他还利用自己的优势，为自己的项目提供信息并让其他人参与其中。我们使用我们的学习者档案和 "每周之星奖 "来帮助学生了解他们在学术、社会和行为方面的进步。对于这个荣誉，我们希望这位同学能够成为其他人的榜样，让那些觉得某些成就是不可能达到的同学意识到他们也是可以做到的。

This week’s star of the week is someone who has made large steps forward to becoming more open minded and principled. However, they still have a lot of work ahead of them. At the start of the year, this student struggled to control their emotions, found it hard to manage their own time and found it hard to integrate into the class. During unit 6, they showed huge improvements. Not only were they able to work better within a team and contributed work towards the summative assessment, they used their own agency to go above and beyond to inform and involve others of their project. We use our learner profile and the ‘Star of the Week Award’ to help students visualize the progress which they make academically, socially and behaviourally. With this honor, we hope that this person can be a role model to others who feel like certain achievements are impossible for them to attain.

本周的“本周之星”被证明是一名全方位的IB学习者，并且作为I-EP的成员，在过去一年和几年中，已经体现了IB学习者十个的个人素养。她是整个学校的模范。她是I-EP学生的典范。

This week’s star of the week proved to be an all around IB Learner and has proven to have embodied all ten IB Learner Profiles throughout the year and previous years as a member of the I-EP.  She is a model for our entire school. She is an example of what an I-EP student is.

I-EP的社制文化

I-EP五社制的设计鼓励学生积极参与促进他们社交技能、发展技能和情感技能提升的活动和任务。它反映着我们的核心价值观及IB理念。通过这个制度的逐步实施，学生将被分进不同的多年级混龄群组，与不同年龄的同学进行互动。在他们的社里面，孩子们会有机会参与、领导和服务类的任务。他们也会获得持续的支持和指引。以此，我们希望培养出越来越多的学生领袖和导师，他们关爱他人，并为这个社会的持续发展贡献力量。

I-EP House tickets achievements

在社制文化的建设下，I-EP推出每周之星（Start of the week)制度，以鼓励学生有更多积极正面的行为，从而进一步推动I-EP成为一个积极、正面的专业学习社群。

每个星期五我们会在公开、公平、公正的原则下，通过统计学生所获得的House Tickets，获得票数最多的学生当选出 “本周之星”。每周一的升旗典礼上，将会由校长亲自鼓励和颁发奖状给这名学生，对他的行为进行嘉奖鼓励，同时我们会将合影发给整个I-EP社群，让所有的家长、同学和老师知晓“本周之星”所做的事情，鼓励其他学生有更加正面积极的行为。
